Why I'm doing this
I'd rather put money in a real person's pocket than hand it to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
That's most of it. I run this on my own — wildlife photographer, 25 years in, small business, no marketing department. Money I'd otherwise spend shouting into an ad platform, I'd sooner give to a real person who'd recommend a shirt because they actually like it, not because an algorithm pushed it.
You don’t have to be a professional photographer to do this — but you do need to have access to people who’d genuinely get the shirts. Camera clubs, newsletters, workshops, YouTube channels, Facebook groups, photography friends, film labs, birding groups — that sort of thing.

How I run things
- No-quibble guarantee. If a customer isn't happy, I sort it — no arguments. And nothing needs posting back: keep it or pass it to someone who'll wear it.
- I answer every email myself. No support desk, no ticket number. Customer writes in, they get me.
