Returns shouldn’t be.
If something’s not right with your Aperture Threads order, we’ll sort it — quickly and without drama.
Our Promise
If your shirt doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or just doesn’t feel right, email us within 99 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
No forms.
No interrogations.
No unnecessary returns.
What’s Covered
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong size or wrong item
- The fit or print quality isn’t right
- You’re within 30 days of delivery
If you’re unsure, email us anyway. We’re reasonable people.

Do I Need to Return the Shirt?
No.
We don’t ask you to send items back.
If there’s an issue:
- Keep it
- Donate it
- Give it to a friend who shoots JPEG
- Or repurpose it as a lens cloth
We’d rather spread the art than add to landfill.
How Refunds & Replacements Work
- Email support@aperturethreads.com within 30 days
- Tell us what went wrong (a photo helps, but isn’t mandatory)
- Let us know whether you’d prefer:
- A refund, or
- A replacement in the correct size
We’ll process it promptly — no hoops to jump through.
A Few Sensible Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Replacement items are printed and shipped as quickly as possible
- We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of repeated abuse (rare, but worth saying)
Final Word
We check our orders like we check histograms — carefully, and with mild anxiety.
But if something slips through, we’ll fix it.
